Pre-trip Meeting: We will hold a pre-trip meeting in McCall on September 25 at 7:30 pm at Bistro 45. This informal meeting will give us the opportunity to go over the logistics of the trip and to answer any questions. Anyone unable to attend this meeting will be sent all the information by email. |

Are meals included with the cost of registrations? Yes. The Xinalani Yoga Retreat center provides three meals per day. If you have special dietary concerns, please let us know when you fill out the registration page. |

What is the cost of the retreat?
The retreat cost starts at $1161 for a single bed in a dormitory style palapa. The most expensive accommodation is an Eco-Chic suite with single occupancy for $2069. There are many other options available depending on your choice of accommodation and the number of people sharing your room. Please look at the Registration page for details. Also: expect to contribute approximately $15 per day in gratuities to the retreat center staff to be left as a lump sum at the end of the week.

How do I find a roommate?
If you intend to share a room with a friend/partner and/or friends please let us know when you register. If you would like a roommate but don't have one, please indicate this on your registration page. We will do our best to connect you with a roommate.

No, this is an experiential yoga retreat and a tropical relaxation extravaganza. |

I don't know anything about yoga. Should I attend this retreat? Absolutely. This is the perfect place to begin a yoga practice. The Cultivating Joy Yoga & Tropcial Spa retreat will give you a strong foundation to begin a yoga practice that can last a lifetime. All yoga and workshops are designed to accomodate anyone, at any level. |

Airline Information: When booking your airline reservations, please schedule to arrive at the Puerto Vallarta airport no later than 4:30 pm on Saturday, October 8 and plan to depart no earlier than 11:00 am on Saturday, October 15. These time frames will help facilitate shuttle to and from the retreat center.
